Thy will be done, for in surrendering to the divine plan, we find peace and purpose.

Today, I want to address a topic that many of us may have experienced or are currently going through: confusion and uncertainty. Life has a way of throwing unexpected challenges our way, leaving us feeling lost and questioning the path we’re on.

In these moments, it’s important to remember that we are not alone. We have each other, our sisterhood, to lean on for support and understanding. Together, we can navigate through the confusion and find hope in the fact that we are on this journey together.

It’s natural to feel confused and unsure of the next steps when things don’t go as planned. We may question why certain events have unfolded the way they have, and it can be difficult to find meaning or purpose in the midst of it all.

During times of confusion, it’s essential to lean on our faith and remember that God’s ways are higher than our own.

But let’s take a moment to reflect on the lyrics of a beautiful song by Hillary Scott, “Thy Will.” The words remind us that even when we don’t understand, even when our hearts are broken, there is a higher plan at work. We may not see it now, but we can trust that there is a purpose behind everything we experience.

During times of confusion, it’s essential to lean on our faith and remember that God’s ways are higher than our own. We may not have all the answers, but we can find comfort in knowing that He is in control. We can find comfort in prayer, even when our words are filled with hurt and confusion.

Counting it all joy may seem challenging when we’re distracted by the noise of uncertainty, but let’s make a conscious effort to quiet our minds and focus on the promises that have been given to us. Let’s remind ourselves that God is good, even when our circumstances don’t feel good right now.

“Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”

Matthew 6:10

Mathew 6:10 reminds us to pray for God’s will to be done on earth, just as it is in heaven. It is a powerful reminder that we should align our desires and plans with God’s greater purpose. When we surrender to His will, we can find peace and fulfillment in knowing that He is in control. Let us trust in His divine plan and seek His guidance in all that we do.

Sisters, let’s support each other through these moments of confusion. Let’s remind one another to trust in the divine plan and find strength in our shared faith. Together, we can navigate through the uncertainties and find peace in knowing that God’s will shall be done.

Dear Jesus,
We come before you in this moment of heartache and pain, seeking your guidance and strength. We ask for the courage to accept what is, to surrender our desires and plans to your divine will. Help us to trust in your wisdom and understand that your plans are greater than our own.
Grant us the courage to say, “Thy will be done,” even when it is difficult and goes against our own desires. Give us the strength to let go of control and place our trust in you, knowing that you have a purpose and plan for our lives.
In moments of uncertainty and doubt, remind us of your unfailing love and faithfulness. Help us to find peace in knowing that you are with us every step of the way, guiding us and providing for us.
May we find solace in your presence and comfort in your promises. Give us the courage to accept what is and the courage to say, “Thy will be done.” May your will be done in our lives, and may we find peace and contentment in surrendering to your divine plan.
In your holy name, we pray.
Amen
